Performance Coaching for executives and managers
Solution focused coaching is a novel way of helping senior executives and middle managers both to achieve their full potential and to manage change in their particular areas of responsibility within their organisations. Because results are achieved quickly with a minimum number of sessions, it is very cost effective.
Coaching as a management tool within organisations has become popular over the past five years and takes different forms. In line with the philosophy of PPC of empowering people by building on their strengths – rather than analysing and diagnosing problems – we adopt a solution oriented methodology. By encouraging the person being coached (coachee) to focus on their own skills, strengths and resources we enable them to develop a personal habit of tailored solution building.
